Lewison Insurance Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent life insurance agency owned and operated by Blake Lewison (NPN 19650287). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and our communications with you, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide requested quotes.
• Prepare and submit insurance applications to Mutual of Omaha and Foresters on your behalf.
• Follow up regarding your policy, application status, or ongoing service needs.
• Meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed insurance agent.

SMS / text message program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to your quote, application, or policy service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors or service providers that support our communications platform (such as our CRM/messaging provider) is permitted solely to deliver messages you have requested; those parties are contractually restricted from using your mobile information for any other purpose. All other categories of information (such as insurance application data submitted to a carrier) follow the "How we share information" section below.

How we share information

We share your personal information only with the insurance carriers you are applying to (currently Mutual of Omaha and Foresters), their underwriting vendors, and any regulatory body that requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Use of AI tools

To improve accuracy and efficiency, we may use trusted AI-powered tools to help with administrative tasks such as summarizing call notes, listening in on calls to provide real-time guidance, and assisting with form preparation. Sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers, banking details, and full application data) is entered manually by Blake and is not submitted to these AI tools. AI is never used to submit insurance applications — every application is reviewed and submitted manually by Blake. AI is also never used to make underwriting or coverage decisions; those are always made by the insurance carrier (Mutual of Omaha or Foresters). Any information processed by these tools is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Data security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law and carrier recordkeeping rules.

Your choices

You may request that we update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of further calls, emails, or texts, by contacting us at (773) 285-6473 or via our contact form. Certain records may need to be retained to satisfy legal or carrier requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it was last revised.
