About our services

Lewison Insurance Solutions LLC is an independent insurance agency owned by Blake Lewison (NPN 19650287). We help consumers evaluate and apply for final expense whole life insurance products through Mutual of Omaha and Foresters. We are not the insurer. All coverage, premiums, and policy terms are determined by the issuing carrier and are subject to the carrier's underwriting.

No guarantee of coverage

Any quotes, rate estimates, or eligibility information presented on this site or through our quoting tools are illustrative only. They are not an offer of insurance and do not guarantee that you will be approved, or approved at any particular rate, by any carrier.

Licensed states

Blake Lewison is currently licensed in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, and Texas. We are unable to place business in states where we are not licensed.

Communications consent

By submitting your phone number or email through our contact form or a quoting tool, or by otherwise contacting us, you agree that Lewison Insurance Solutions LLC may contact you by phone, email, and, if you have opted in, text message regarding insurance products and related service communications.

SMS / text messaging terms
